I have been experimenting with the mat nightly to see if I can reduce ankle swelling as a result of circulation issues, although my doctor prescribed a compression boot. It made sense to me to address the issue rather than treat the symptoms. It's been 5 weeks, and I intend to continue for at least 3 mos. I also wear ankle compression socks. I do think I am seeing a definite improvement. 1/2 hour on 15 PEMF and Proton, and 1/2 hour on the front of my legs from my feet up with the same setting. So far, so good. Well made product. Very pleased and the company itself is proactive and helpful.
This smaller mat , the 5 therapy red light therapy , infrared & PEMF pad , is the best mat you sell , i can feel both red light therapy thru my skin and the PEMF as well , i am happy with this particular Pad , out of the 3 mats , this small Pad is the best , i recommend it !!!

I am very happy with my Healthy Wave Mat. I play golf 50 to 60 times a year and use the mat 20 to 30 minutes 5 to 7 days a week to help with recovery.
