It was about one month ago when I originated asking for some tips on the use of the Healthy Wave mat. I had a problem with some neuropathy with the constant situation of 'pins and needles' (and sometimes in pain) preventing me from sleep.
I followed your advice on the use of the PEMF and after a week I noticed some of the symptoms subsiding, I started sleeping better and the 'pins and needle' phenomena markedly reduced. And of course I will continue .... So, thank you very much.

We purchased our Healthy Wave 5 Therapy Mat at the end of March 2020. Our purpose was to see if the PEMF and FIR would at least temper the back pain that both my wife and I have endured for many years. My wife also has a condition called Collagenous Colitis. This is type of inflammatory bowel disease that affects the colon. It is a form of microscopic colitis, which causes chronic diarrhea. This condition produces rather violent bouts of diarrhea multiple times a day. To our utter amazement after a week or so on the mat 2 times a day for a half hour each time, the diarrhea episodes became fewer and farther between. Then, about two and a half weeks of daily use of the mat, her diarrhea was pretty near completely controlled. The medications she was taking were cut in half under her Doctors control. I've been chronically ill with uterine fibroids for over 20 years and had surgery 3 years ago. However the fibroids came back. I felt constant pressure in my pelvic area and had increased inflammation due to this condition. I've also suffered from insomnia and chronic fatigue. This is just to let you know that I received the 5 therapy mat last Saturday and have had a few hours on it already. I was really surprised at how quickly it worked for me. My lower back and sciatic pain are all but gone. I still have some recurring pain in my mid-back area but I am using the mat daily and it is under control. My wife has also used it and is happy with the results for her. I would like to order another mat for my daughter

Earl and I both have had wonderful results with the mat. His back pain is lessened greatly and he seems dedicated to spending more time on the mat. I had a shoulder injury which has given me pain (mostly at night) for 15 years; that pain is totally gone. Since my cancer diagnosis, I have been spending at least a full hour daily plus sleeping on it at night. Pathology report came in today and the cancer cells have not spread to my lymphs and the tissue surrounding the lump also came back clean.

Upon the advice of Pamela from Healthy Wave regarding use of Healthy Wave Mat for joint pain in my right hand, I've used it everyday and placed the painful hand joints on the red light for 20 minutes, 2 times a day....pain has been gone for 2 weeks now...this has , so far, eliminated this pain that I have had for past 10 years.

The TAJ Full mat is amazing! The pictures don’t show the truly amazing quality this mat is. On top of the great quality, it actually works! I have had a decrease in my pain, an increase in energy, less brain fog, and better sleep quality.

Thanks for the info Pamela. I absolutely love the mat. Last night I laid down for what I thought would be an hour and feel asleep on it for 5 and half hours. My oldest daughter loves the mat as well and asked if she could lay on it again this weekend.

I purchased the mat because I was having massages and the benefits only lasted till I got home from my appointment…. also my husband was having issues with his hands hurting at night. We noticed immediate relief and we don’t sleep all night on it (yet) but we rarely miss a day with one or two treatments!!! I feel much better since I purchased my mat…. love it!!!!

I purchased this mat primarily for our poodle who has Intervertebral Disk Disease and was having a second surgery in December 2017. He was undergoing pain management treatment and far infrared heat with PEMF was recommended. He still loves to lay on it! I started using it as well and I have to say that this will give you the most relaxing sleep ever and when you get off of the mat your body will feel so good! It helps to decrease my joint pain. I love this mat and am extremely happy with it. The company and customer service is excellent!

In 1981 during my first pregnancy I experienced excruciating pain due to sciatica. I went for reflexology, massage therapy and even chiropractic treatments which provided only temporary relief. When my son was born in 1982 I suffered nerve compression damage (which was linked to the sciatica) in my lower back during the birth process. From that time, I've experienced lower back pain, learned to live with it and accepted it as part of being a mother. First, I wanted to tell you what a huge blessing that mat has been for me personally. I’ve had it a week. As soon as I got it, I camped out on it b/c I had overworked myself in my practice the previous 2 weeks and was in so much pain that I had to take a week off. I had terrible tendonitis in my shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands. I also had ongoing issues with foot/ankle pain (for years) and recurrent neck and hip pain (for months). I camped out on that mat pretty much the 1st day and here are the changes that I noticed: 1. Foot and ankle pain – completely gone. 2. Neck pain – completely gone. 3. Hip pain – completely gone. 4. Shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand pain… still significant but getting better daily.

I can’t say I bought this mat to solve some concrete health issues, just wanted something to bring relaxation and warmth. The more I’m amazed by the results! My sleep has improved hugely, I feel so much better in the mornings, it seems like I’m charging myself when I’m using this mat.

I thought the mat wouldn’t be so comfortable ’cause of the stones but it is really comfortable and nice to lie on. The mat provides me with fantastic sleep all night long, it’s very cozy to fall asleep on it.
Also, it helps me to restore sore muscles and heals minor injuries I inevitably get due to my sports routine.

Hi Pamela- Thanks for your response. Following is an update on my use of the health mat. When I started using the mat, I had swelling in my left foot that had been there for 15 plus years. It never limited my mobility; I guess it just let me know that something was wrong with my circulation in that area. I will not even give the explanations that my dr. offered to explain the cause of the swelling. Over the years, the swelling would increase and decrease, usually with my consumption of sodium. But now, something is different. The decrease in swelling has accelerated more than ever before and, I can actually see the veins in the instep area of my foot for the first time in more than 15 years. Fluids are moving in and out of my foot in a more normal manner.
I just know that the swelling in my left foot has decreased to a level that I have not seen in more than 15 years, and that that change has occurred since I started laying on the health mat daily for about 20 to 30 minutes.

I have purchased an amethyst PEMF mat with the laser lights for about one month from IIT Health. I first tried the mat at my massage therapist's clinic, I lay on it for about 2 hours. That evening when I was home, I realized my body felt so good and my energy level was way up. BTW, I've been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis flare up for about a year, my energy level can be so low that I sometimes find it an effort even talking on the phone. So I was very impressed what I got out of it. I was determined that evening to buy one right away. I bought one that same week, the first night I got it, I lay on it for 2 hours before bedtime. That night I had the most amazing sound sleep that I never had in the whole year while suffering from the flare up. I was so impressed and happy I finally get some good deep sleep.
