I have had sleeping issues for a long while. I thought they were related to lack of oxygen since I am using a CPAP machine. With some extra testing, lack of oxygen during sleep wasn't the problem. Hi- Just a few words about your new EMF/grounding blanket. Thank you for it. I use it when on the computer- down back of chair and bare feet at bottom. Relaxing and smoothing. It helps the EMF from the computer and brings the grounding up through my feet, and I can feel that. If I put the computer on my lap at night I put the blanket all down the front of me, and set the lap top on the blanket- it helps the same way. I have also wrapped it around me and find it very pleasant. I like the lightness of the fabric and all the possibilities of use. For me it seems to work better than just a grounding sheet!
