Great product! I’ve been using this mat pretty much every day. It helps to relieve a muscle soreness after long day at work or fitness activity. It also helpful during yoga stretches.

I’d been suffering with bad allergies and back pains for over two months. Right from the first session I noticed a difference. In a week I have gone from HAVINGGGGG to take two to three different meds a day to one. By the end of week two I feel confident I will be off everything.
My back still hurts but there has been steady improvement everyday.
My only regret is I wish I would have purchased a wider mat.

I suffer from anxiety attacks and the relaxing warmth of the mat is very useful in calming down. Every time I feel the attack is coming, I lie on the mat, breathe deeply and do my best to relax. And it works amazingly!
The mat is obviously helping ease the pain from a harsh combination of fibromyalgia and Lyme Disease.I haven’t found any downsides yet, I absolutely love this product!

I like the device a lot, it’s extremely effective in healing and calming the whole body. There’s nothing better than to come home after a long stressful day and relax on this mat. After I use it, I sleep so sweet!
I find the mat too heavy but it’s not surprising as natural stones can’t be light.

This mat is a really fantastic device for healing sore muscles and painful joints. Its flexibility makes it so comfortable to use that I literally can’t make myself leave it.
The effect of the mat is noticeable after first 2-3 sessions. I’m no longer suffer from lower back pain and tension in my shoulders. That’s much better than taking pills!

I love this mat I have fibromyalgia and CFS from over exposure to emfs and radiation after sleeping on this mat for two days I noticed a huge difference! My pets love it to. I sleep with it on all night long I am fifty but look like I am thirty this plus the hydrogen peroxide I take are incredible! and I love to drink lots of red wine to.

I have this on my bed and heat it up before I get in, and it feels SO cozy to climb into! I put the mat on the mattress, with a folded blanket on top of the mat, and then the bottom sheet over that. I leave it on all night but turn the heat down to 42. Even though I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks now, I think it’s helping to correct a very long-standing problem I’ve had with my SI joint. And I have to mention the fantastic customer service: there was a problem with my first controller, and when I contacted them, I had a new one in 2 days.

I absolutely love my mat and do not know how I went without it for so long. I love having the options of both sides in this particular mat. The amethyst is very comfy to sit on and lie on and the jade/tourmaline is nice to put on top of myself like a blanket or for a hot stone pressure point effect if you wanted to lay on it. I have very sore knotted muscles from connective tissue problems and this mat gives me relief while I’m on it. It has really helped my sleep too. I turn it down to body temp (37c) and I’m out like a light. I also live in New England and it helps keep me warm when my core temp has dropped. I get raynauds and all that so this mat just melts everything away. No regrets with my purchase. I just want to buy more. Everyone would love this mat.
The customer service is also great at least via email. I’ve had minor issues with the controllers and my mat stopped heating after basically all day and night use for a year. I’ve always had my emails responded to without delay

I bought my mat in mid October, it’s now the end of November. I wish I could say it’s entirely alleviated my hip and foot discomfort, but it has made my hip pain less noticeable in the morning when I get up. I use it during the day, all day, off and on, and am thinking of putting it on my bed to use thru the night. The mat itself is very nice. I keep a thin blanket, folded, on top of it to hold in the heat, and it is very comfortable. I’ll report back in a while to see if my hip and foot pain are responding. But so far, there’s been a small improvement. I have had this hip pain for many years, been to many docs about it, many x-rays, MRIs, etc and they’ve found nothing other than arthritis. So, going forward, we’ll see if this mat can help me more. Thank you for making it.

I upgraded to this mat from the entry level 2″ disc tourmaline and jade mat. What an incredible difference! I love how soft the amethyst side of this mat is and primarily lay on that side. Other than covering it with a sheet, I do not have to put any blanket or pad between me and the mat since it is comfortable enough to lie on. Since using this mat for the last several months I have noticed that my hip pain and shoulder pain are non-existent now. Also, my sleep has greatly improved. I lay on this mat about 30 min (or longer if I dose off) each night before bed. I used to wake up around 2 or 3am a lot and now sleep through the night until 5 or 6am. I use their shoulder and back mat for in the office (I am an acupuncturist working inside a chiropractic office) and have prescribed these mats to many patients now. This reversible, soft mat is by far my favorite product that I have purchased so far from HealthyWave and I am so looking forward to their new products coming out soon!

We use this mat in our acupuncture room. Some patients just lay on it for a 1/2 hour to an hour for the infrared therapy, some get acupuncture on it. We have received great feedback on both treatments. I highly recommend this for any wellness center or for personal use at home.

So far my favorite mat! It is so comfortable to lay on and deeply relaxing! I struggle with chronic fatigue and after using my mat I feel refreshed and energized! HIGHLY recommend this mat, it is well worth what you pay for it!

My mat arrived in a timely manner via UPS. It was in good condition and easy to set-up and use. The construction of the mat is high quality and made to last. The controls are good and can easily be set to a comfortable heat. The heat is very relaxing and seems penetrate as opposed to being a surface heat. I have recently come down with a form of sciatica that is requiring further medical treatment. At this point all I can say is that using the mat is very relaxing and soothing. I will update this review as my experience dictates. I am happy with this purchase and may even but a knee mat for my wife.

InfraMat changed my life! I have Interstitial Cystitis and Fibromyalgia and feel like I always had pain in my body, and had to take medications all my life. I used to take 4 Vicodin a day and now, when I’m using a mat, I only need 1 A WEEK! Wow, amazing… one thing I noticed is that this mat is great for back but I wish it had a neck support, but for now I experiment with pillows. Jade stones heat up to a high level, so you’ll need to put a towel on top of the mat or you can burn your skin…

My Lyme disease gives me a lot of pain and I tried many things to fight it but nothing helped. Only when I got this mat there was a difference. It is relaxing, my husband fell asleep 5 minutes after he lied on it LOL… now he wants his own… It’s a shame I didn’t buy a larger mat as my arms keep slipping off it when I’m relaxed and I wanted my arms to be on it. So next mat we’ll buy we’ll go for the bigger size…

I bought it as a product for a friend, who was complaining about disc problems as I heard that the 3 stones in this mat (jade, tourmaline and amethyst) are great for heating the muscles and joints to heal and relax. It was a birthday gift and my friend has been using it ever since – great choice!

My hubby and I love this InfraMat. It’s got 3 different healing stones: jade, tourmaline and amethyst. We use it to detox and relax and it is working well for both. We have never tried more expensive Inframats as we wanted to try this one first and we are not disappointed. My hubby says he was a doubter but when he tried it he changed his mind. He likes to use it every day for his back pain, he had it for ages and had to take loads of medications. But since he used the mat the pain was a goner… it’s the first time he feels better… we RECOMMEND IT for any kinds of pain you have, you will see the difference… it’s the best healing mat we tried… My daughter read somewhere that the 3 stones have detox powers to clean your system out of toxins. I think she wants to get it now for Xmas… He he, she loves this mat as well.

I am a health freak and heard the Healthy Wave Inframat Pro has got detoxifying and relaxing properties. I never tried any of the more expensive infrared mats before, so cannot compare them to this product. My husband is particularly keen on using it as he has been suffering from a chronic lower back pain for extended period of time. He’s also been prescribed various medications over the past few years, yet nothing seemed to help. This mat has finally brought him a relief – he initially didn’t want me to order it and thought it’s a fiddle! But, as we both are using it now – and for different purposes, I am very impressed with it. I would recommend it to anyone.

This mat is great I love using it! Even the customer service is great when I called them they helped me a lot… my first mat I got had problems with heating light, it was on all the time so I had to return it, then I got this one and is much better, the controls are easier, it’s fantastic.

My husband has pancreatic cancer and stomach aches so I bought this mat for him. He absolutely loves using it now, before he couldn’t sleep at night because he couldn’t lie flat, now he gets up and sits in the reclining chair with his mat on the stomach and it brings him relief. I recommend this mat, its WORTH THE PRICE and delivery was really fast.

I bought this mat for my salon and my customers love it! It sits perfectly on the massage table, and nobody wants to get up after the treatment… It feels like you were sitting by a warm fire. The heat from the stones penetrates deeper than any regular heating pads, it relaxes the muscles and eases any pains. Such a great selling point for my salon, now I’ll need to buy another one!

I’ve purchased my InfraMat two months ago and have been using it continuously ever since it arrived. It’s a splendid product and I enjoy using it for few hours at a time – I just can’t get enough! I usually let it heat first to about 55C while I’m doing other things around the house. I prefer lying on the mat when it’s already heated, as the cold stones can be unpleasant to the skin, especially in winter. Once it’s heated, I relax for a bit and then turn it up to 65C to increase the healing power. The temperature regulates itself, so even if the product seems to be going on and off it’s so to maintain the consistent temperature. I usually don’t go beyond 65C, otherwise I sweat, it’s too hot. I can only regret I have waited so long before buying this mat. If you hesitate, all I can say is – do it – it’s the best thing you can do for your aches and pains ; and it will pay for itself within few months. Now I’m considering saving on massage sessions, physiotherapy and acupuncture.
