I purchased the 5-therapy FIR PEMF vest for myself. This is the second vest purchased in our family. Although I own an FIR sauna and FIR mats, this is the first one with the PEMP technology. The vest is very well constructed, but on the heavy side due the the stones. I thoroughly enjoy using it as a vest, usually while sitting at the computer. I've been experimenting with getting extra value by unbuckling it and using it more as a mat. Some change in the design might make this more feasible. Overall, it is a great value.
