My full size mat with the same features is a marvel. It is a wonderful help for sleeping which helps me deal with insomnia. The 20" x 20" however does not yield the same results. Possibly it is just too small and so my hopes that it would be helpful for overnights away from home won't be realized. The quality, on the other hand, is excellent, same as the full size mat.
