Chose this full size mat after much research almost 6 months ago and use it daily. Feel that it has helped significantly with musculoskeletal issues that did not respond to several other treatments I tried. Note that the full size mat is heavy and best suited to have a dedicated area for use as opposed to moving it to different locations. Would definitely purchase again.
