I think it's really helping me sleep. My sleep is much better. rnrnUnfortunately I changed my diet away from Keto at the same time. Turns out carbs help you sleep. So I can't totally tell. rnrnWhat I can say is that it's warm, and I love the feel of the cotton cover. rn
