A great buy to replace another brand

Bought this as a replacement for another brand after it stopped heating up after a few years. This was a great buy and it's helped so much with with my aging muscles that get sore . Even my senior kitty loves to use it! The heat is consistent and I really like that you can actually set the temp and time very precisely to what you need. This mat is wider than my last one which makes it easier to relax on in my bed. The only downside (to me) is the where it plugs in on the side, rather than on the top, but that's a personal preference and you can choose which side you prefer the plug to be on. Before purchase I contacted customer service with many questions and they were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Very happy with this mat!
