InfraMat works so well. At first I was afraid the jade stones will be uncomfortable to lay on, but it’s opposite. They work like a massage pad, and the heat is soothing to my back. The controls offer timer, so you can leave it on in the evening and snooze and the mat will turn itself off after a while.
