I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this particular mat from this company. I wanted to best mat to help me in building bone and reducing spinal pain. I have to say I am quite happy with the results so far. I did not see much change the first two weeks, but then I noticed a lot less spinal pain and more energy. After 4 weeks I was totally pain free, and continue to be pain free after 4 months of using the PEMF Mat every day for 20 to 40 minutes. I had two spinal compression fractures and was in pain daily when I tried to do daily chores or exercise. I am now pain free and can do normal chores and bone building exercises. My next Dexa Scan is 18 months away but I am confident it will be much improved. I am also taking Algeacal and MBP supplements. I refuse to do the drugs as the side effects can be a problem.
