I am intimidated by the controls. I am a senior citizen so not very tech savvy and find the instructions difficult to follow. A few times, I have simply pushed a few buttons until the lights came on, but I have no idea what settings I turned on. I have had this mat for 2 years and have used it less than 7 times. I wish it was easier to use, as I’m sure it would be beneficial.
