I sit on my mat as I type my review. I love it. Its a massive heating pad that is excellent for muscle fatigue and recovery...sorta feels like laying on a big hug. I like the different settings but really only use a couple. It does take a bit to heat up but they are crystals so it makes sense. I have an oura ring and I noticed that I go into relaxed or restored quickly which means its helping me regulate my nervous system. Very happy with my purchase.
