Swiss Bionic Solutions is a Multi Level Marketing Company who sells the IMRS Prime (former model IMRS 2000) and the Omnium 1 PEMF Mats. Unfortunately the CEO of Swiss Bionic Solutions and many of their distributors and promoters who have been making baseless & falsenclaims about our mats including fake/misleading tests and fake “reviews” that misrepresent the Healthy Wave mat in its entirety for over 5+ years.
In this comparison we will be showing the real tests comparing all areas of the Healthy Wave Mats and how they compare to the Swiss Bionics Mats. This comparison will be very detailed to debunk much of this disinformation and show many of the selling points IMRS promoters claim are good about the IMRS are found in the Healthy Wave Mats which is typically superior in these areas while many of the alleged bad claims they have made about our mats are present in the IMRS & Omnium mats. Many of these false claims are circulated by various distributors and promoters in slightly different ways, we attempt to address everything in this comparison and dispel misconceptions you may have that are often told by IMRS distributors.

There are 2 main PEMF mats available for the IMRS, both have various options to included different applicators or their Exagon Brain of additional pads which affects the price. The IMRS prime now also can include a FIR feature as well which was included after they saw the success of the mats like the Original Healthy Wave Infrared PEMF Mat.  Their FIR upgrade alone adds about $1000 USD to the price of the mat. Many of these features appear to be software locked which means they activate them if you pay the upgrade fees. Such features which have additional costs are being able to be able to use 2 applicators at once from the main unit. All applications always need to be used on the main unit and cannot be used independently.

The Healthy wave mats focus on true earth based frequencies within the 0-30Hz range.

Both units operate off the same 4 based programs they call their Organ Clock. The IMRS Prime advertises 7 programs, 6 of these which are from the same 4 based programs. The Prime unit does have one new program which appears to run contiues sine wave EMFs at higher frequencies. They also have a iGuide which claims to have protocols for over 300 different conditions but all this does is run the same 4 base programs. The 4 Organ clock programs are as follows

Morning Mode consist of 4 sawtooth waves in a pulse burst which are then pulsed 5 times in a row followed by a pause. This provide about 15 pulse bursts every second, 3 groups of 5 pulse bursts per second . These groups repeats 7 times and then is followed by a longer pause over 1 second. This mode is referred to at 15Hz

Noon Mode consists of the same 4 sawtooth waves in a pulse burst but this time are pulsed 4 times in a row followed by a pause. This provides about 12 pulse bursts every second, or 3 groups of 4 pulse bursts per second . These groups repeat 12 times and then is followed be a longer pause over 1 second. This mode is referred to as 5.5Hz

Evening Mode consists of 5 sawtooth waves in a pulse burst which is then pulsed 4 times in a row followed by a pause. This provides about 12 pulse bursts every second (technically a little longer then a second), or 3 groups of 4 pulse bursts per second. These groups repeats 20 times and then is followed be a longer pause over 1 second. This mode is referred to as 3Hz

Night Mode consist of 5 sawtooth waves in a pulse burst which is then pulsed 3 times in a row followed by a pause. This provides about 9 pulse bursts every second or 3 groups of 3 pulse bursts per second. These groups repeats 20 times and then is followed be a longer pause over 3 seconds. This mode is referred to as 0.5Hz

We could not find the details of any of these programs published by Swiss Bionics, these measurements are from our own testing we have done and provided the following images of the programs.

All these programs only have 1 pulse width which leaves only 1  primary magnetic frequency spectrum.

The pillow, pads and probes all use a high frequency square wave pulse burst rather than the sawtooth wave. Using any of these devices you get 5 pulse bursts which take about 0.4 seconds followed by just over a 0.2 second pause. This pattern is repeated indefinitely and is the same regardless which Organ Clock setting you choose. The underlying pulse burst is very fast and if you ran it continuously would be approximately 29,750Hz. Each pulse bursts lasts for about 50ms meaning there are approximately 1488 mini pulses per pulse burst.

There are 8 different intensity settings, but the IMRS intensity is already very low with approximately 0.5 gauss at the top of the mat and 1.5 at the bottom of the mat. The lowest setting “sensitive” is 10mg at the surface of the mat and is almost completely undetectable.

When it comes to looking at earth based frequencies between 1-30Hz the Healthy Wave Mat is the only mat that actually has those true earth based frequencies meaning the total pulses are all under 30 pulses in 1 second. This also will algin better with your brainwaves when using our evenly spaced out pulse modes.

The Swiss Bionics IMRS Prime and Omnium 1 units from an individual pulse standpoint end up being around 45-65 pulses in a second. Even when looking at the groups of pulses their claimed frequencies of 15Hz, 5.5Hz, 3Hz and 0.5Hz do not make very much sense as you have group these pulses in inconsistent ways from program to program to come up with those frequencies.

The Healthy Wave Mats standard pulse width of about 16ms is also the most earth based frequency as longer pulse widths are closer to the Shuman resonance which is under 100Hz. We also have pulse widths of 5ms and 0.5ms if you want faster pulse widths. Note, fake reviews and comparison tables by IMRS promoters never mention our faster pulse widths on the Advanced Controller.

The Healthy Wave advanced controllers square wave on all setting hits its peak intensity of about 6.5 gauss is 0.1ms providing a slew rate of 65,000+ Gauss/s The Sine wave on the Ultra Fast settings is marginally slower at about 0.25ms providing a slew rate of 26,000 Gauss/s

IMRS Slew Rate of Sawtooth Pattern
The IMRS Prime & Omnium 1 sawtooth pattern has an extremely slow rise time taking approximately 4 milli seconds. With a peak gauss of 1.5 at the surface of the mat this gives a slew rate of 375.

The drop off rate is much quicker at about 0.15 milli seconds giving a slew rate of about 10000 gauss/s on the foot of the mat, 6666 gauss/s in the middle of the mat and 3333 gauss/s at the top of the mat.

The IMRS Prime & Omnium 1 square wave achieves its peak gauss is about 0.2ms which provides a slew rate of about 7500 Gauss/s for the pillow and 4500 Gauss/s for the pad.

The Healthy Wave Mat Sine and Square wave both have better rapid rise and fall signals, especially when on the UF pulse settings modes achieve slew rates much higher then the all IMRS units and Omnium 1 units can achieve.

While this is just one type of calculation some other PEMF devices like to market their devices by we believe there is benefits to both quicker pulses and slower pulses which is why we provide both options in the Healthy Wave Multi-Wave Mat.

Slew rate is not a strong point for IMRS due to its very low intensity. Neither the Healthy Wave Mats nor IMRS mats are designed to be high slew rate mats either. Other devices designed to have fast slew rates will achieve slew rates of 1,000,000+ gauss/s. In our opinion it makes no sense why anyone would market the IMRS for this type of feature as it has a very low slew rate.

Many Swiss Bionics promoters heavily the IMRS’s Square Wave (only present in the applicators not the fully body mat). While we don’t know all the specifics of the “Nasa Square Wave” we have the next best thing by testing a pemf device designed by the author of the Nasa Study Dr Dennis. The following image is of the square wave produced by Dr. Dennis’s pemf device he designs.

The Healthy Wave Mats UF Square wave shares many characteristics being biphasic and being a single quick pulses.

The IMRS Prime and Omnium 1 square wave shares little to no resemblance being a pulse burst

In the Nasa study it describes the square wave as being used at 10 Hz at various duty cycles, we do not know exactly which duty cycles those are. That would mean the 10Hz would have various pulse widths. While Dr. Dennis PEMF device we tested has a pulse width of 0.15ms the Healthy Wave UF pulse has a pulse width of 0.5ms. You can also set the Healthy Wave mat to 10Hz so you get 10 square wave 0.5ms pulses per second. This creates a very similar style of square wave which was used in the Nasa Study.

• The Healthy Wave Mat High Intensity Pro Mat has a peak gauss of over 30.
• The basic controller which comes with older classic 5 therapy models of mats and the Multi--Wave mat has a peak gauss of over 18.
• The Advanced Controller which comes with the Multi-Wave Mat has a peak gauss of 6.5.
• The 5 therapy High Intensity Matrix pad has a peak intensity over 40 gauss.

The Swiss Bionics mats are very low intensity with only 1.5 peak gauss at the foot of the mat, 1 gauss in the middle of the mat and 0.5 gauss at the top of the mat on its highest intensity setting.

All models of Healthy Wave Mats have much stronger intensity then any IMRS pemf mats. These measurements are at the surface of the mat and the PEMF field intensity drops as you get further away so it is critical to have a sufficient starting intensity at the surface of the mat to have meaningful intensity above the surface where the user is laying. Some IMRS intensity modes are so low there is a barely a detectable magnetic field at the surface of the mat and almost nothing detectable above.

Another method of testing intensity is through looking at the average energy a PEMF device can induce over time. PEMF therapy’s principle is inducing small electrical currents in cells, the following test uses the principles of electromagnetic induction showing an average amount of energy each PEMF outputs. This factors all aspects of the PEMF including the intensity, wave form, duty cycle and pulses per second and shows how much energy each device can generate on an external coil. PEMF therapy is based on inducing electromagnetic currents in our cells so this test can give us an idea of that output.

The following tests were done at the highest intensity settings on both mats.

High Intensity Mat – 9.3 Volts
Matrix Pad – 9.65 Volts
Basic Controller – 5.21 Volts

Healthy Wave Mats induce much more energy on average over time when performing this test. This is due to intensity gauss being directly proportional to electromagnetic induction and therefore the voltage induced. There is much confusion around this topic with IMRS marketers trying to confuse and overcomplicate this topic into tricking people into thinking that their waveforms of the IMRS will deliver more energy than devices with higher intensities (gauss). Gauss is proportional to voltage induction so therefore a higher gauss device will always delivery more energy than a lower gauss.

The Healthy Wave High Intensity mat delivers much higher intensity at all levels above the mat. The PEMF field distribution is also much more even due to our coil design system technology that becomes more even the higher you get above the mat.

THe IMRS Field is a very low intenstit and also not nearly as even at all levels above the mat. Their 3 pairs of large coils at low intenstiy do not project the PEMF field sideways very efficnetly leaving large drop offs near the areas where the mat folds with intenstiy dropping to as little as 1% of the peak. This spacing also prevents the magentic field from evening out providing a less even PEMF field above the surface of the mat in comparison.

While the intenstiy of the Advanced controller is less and does not provide as good coverage as our high intenstiy controller (the basic controller would provide results somehwere between the 2 testing results) the overall intenstiy is still superior to the IMRS (and many other PEMF mats) at all levels above the mats at all comparable areas. The Healthy Wave Mat PEMF field disitrubtion evens out above the mat again creating a more even PEMF field experience in the areas above the mat where the user is laying.

Many IMRS distributors use bad science to try and explain why big coils are better. We have already debunked this in previous video and these testing results also demontrates this. Large coils do not create more mangetic flux nor give higher induction. The measurements we are taking in these tests of the gauss are the magnetic flux and magnetic flux is directly proportial to voltage induction. As the tests show the “large coils” don’t provide better pemf field distribution either.

Through near field probe testing the Healthy Wave Mats have zero unintended voltage spikes

We tested a IMRS 2000 and Omnium 1 unit and found both had very high levels of background voltage spikes. This was present with and without the programs running indicating it is not related to the PEMF programs themselves. Their manual states they use “RF Energy” for its internal operations, which is measurable from the coils.

Testing for RF Radiation the Healthy Wave Mat has 0 detectable using the Tri field Meter

Testing for RF Radiation IMRS 2000 & Omnium 1 both had high levels on the RF meter testing 150 microwatts of RF Radiation and above. Their manual states they use “RF Energy” in these devices and the IMRS Prime they state the units internal functions use RF which our tests are showing is ending up in the PEMF Field.

No interference from surrounding electronics. No special setup needs to be done.

Every IMRS PEMF mat manual explains there can be interference from any devices that emit RF frequencies. This can include cell phone, radios etc. but also as our tests have shown can include sources of dirty electricity such as from electrical outlets. The entire electromagnetic environment needs to be studied to find appropriate place to use the IMRS PEMF mats otherwise interference such as shown in our testing where occur where the mats coils can pick up and amplify any RF frequencies or dirty electricity.

Using legitimate methods of testing for high frequencies commonly associated with electro smog and dirty electricity the tests show the Healthy Wave Mat has none where the Swiss Bionics units have high levels in comparison to many other PEMF devices we have tested. Please note these levels are still below what the ICNRP and FCC consider harmful. Many IMRS distributors and promoters have been falsely claiming Healthy Wave and similar mats have electro smog and dirty electricity when tests prove this is false and untrue and when doing these tests, the all IMRS units we tested had relatively high levels in comparison to other PEMF mats on the market.

All IMRS PEMF mats state there can be interference from surrounding electronic devices that have RF frequencies. Our tests show his can include the RF (dirty electricity) from power outlets and placing any IMRS PEMF unit too close to a source like this can cause interference picking up and amplifying the RF frequencies from the dirty electricity in the wall. Finding an appropriate setup for any IMRS PEMF mat to avoid interference may be difficult for the average person to do without specialized testing equipment.

There have also been non scientific tests and other tests that are pure pseudo science done to falsely claim the Healthy Wave Mats have 60Hz electro smog. We performed these exact same tests on the IMRS 2000 and Omnium 1 mats and found both to have levels at least 50% higher than testing on our mat.

These tests including using the electrical setting on the Trifield Meter. These tests all measured higher when measuring the IMRS mats. Although this test is fairly meaningless since this is not measuring an “EMF” since the EMF is not present on our mats thanks to our EMF eliminating technology.

Another test which is pure pseudo science is connecting a piece of aluminum foil to a oscilloscope. Doing this test will show a very distorted “60Hz” EMF which looks like it has spikes of dirty electricity. Performing this test on the IMRS shows results 50% higher than our mat. This test is pure pseudo science as you need to use a proper calibrated probe to connect to an oscilloscope. Connecting a piece of foils creates a very crude antenna which will pick up ambient 60Hz signals from the surrounding area and show them in an extremely distorted fashion. This results are meaningless since aluminum foil cant provide a clear signal  but according to IMRS distributors and promoters if you perform this test on an IMRS unit you will find out the IMRS and Omnium 1 units have dangerous 60Hz electro smog and dirty electricity with all sorts dirty electricity.

The Healthy Wave Mats are much more then just a PEMF Mat as we say they are a “5 Therapy Mat” The additional therapies include; Far Infrared Heat, Negative Ions, Low Level Red Light Therapy and natural Crystal Energy. It is easy to receive all these therapies as well as they are all integrated into the mat!
