When lifting anything heavy or working in the garden digging, I often strain my mid-back and neck (old injuries). Went to a chiropractor a few times and she had me use the PEMF mat as well. I used to have to use Tylenol every for hours for 2 days to manage the pain - love this mat! I usually put the tourmaline blanket over me when using the mat. Have not noticed any benefit from the negative ion exchanger except the dust in the air settles on the furniture more quickly. This mat really works for me!rn
