It’s a very unusual variation of infrared mats but it’s also very comfortable. The vest is perfect when you need to heal different body parts simultaneously. Also, one of the advantages for me is that you don’t need to lie still like on the mat, you can enjoy the healing effect while you’re doing anything you want.
The healing properties, by the way, are great!
