This is just to let you know that I received the 5 therapy mat last Saturday and have had a few hours on it already. I was really surprised at how quickly it worked for me. My lower back and sciatic pain are all but gone. I still have some recurring pain in my mid-back area but I am using the mat daily and it is under control. My wife has also used it and is happy with the results for her. I would like to order another mat for my daughter
