I received my Healthy Wave 5 Therapy Mat about 4 months ago and have to say it was the best purchase I have made in a long time. My Dr. suggested I purchase one for the multiple neurological and muscular problems I have in my back and legs.I was unable to sleep longer than one hour without waking up with pain and spasms.I am now able to sleep for 5 hours straight and am able to fall back sleep immediately. I too have noticed the day long pain in my legs from nerve damage and scar tissue has decreased 85%. I use my mat at least 5 nights a week for 30-45 minutes each session.
I also want to mention the great ease in calling the Healthy Wave mat company. A human answers at once every time and answers any questions I may have in a friendly helpful manor. I too had a problem with a part of my mat and within 3 days a replacement was sent to me with the greatest of ease.

Neuropathy and Psoriasis
We don't know how we can praise the healthy wave mat enough. It has made such a difference in both of our health.Peter is still walking and with much less pain.My Psoriasis is gone so is the neuropathy in my ankle. my skin looks 10 years younger and is getting thicker on my arms. It is always a pleasure for Peter to talk to you.

I first purchased the belt , due to lower back pain. It was AWESOME!!!!! I have had some severe back issues and my entire spine was numb and burning tingling nerve pain for many months....It is clearing up I am sure due to daily use of these mats I now own 2 of them ( I just gave the belt to a friend who has suffered from arthritis and she is Loving it !!) I just ordered the vest and a car mat as well. I cannot imagine living without these, any one who is experiencing pain and doesn't want to use dangerous pain killers etc. needs a mat. I am so grateful for these, within 1 month of daily use I have very little pain left at all and can once again stretch my hips and back. I shoveled a massive amount of snow today !!! This may not seem like a big deal but I have not been able to do this for over 3 years, so it is a big deal. I am almost 60 and can shovel snow again Thanks to this wonderful product!!!!!!!
Pain reduce from 9/10 to 3/10 after using Multi-Wave PEMF mat
I received my mat on Nov 15, 2019 - 25 days ago. I have used it everyday except 2 since then. My health is generally good with the exception of being about 30-40 lbs overweight. I do have some arthritis and my issues are between arthritis, soft tissue injuries and meralgia paresthetica from trauma long ago and far away. The pain was affecting my mobility and ability to walk and climb stairs. It was nearly constant. I noticed improvements almost immediately. On the remaining pain I have from meralgia paresthetica I would rate it as a 3 versus an 8 or 9. Now it is occasional (usually after sitting too long) rather than constant. I did not know much about this technology, mat or company. I continue to learn more and more about PEMF therapy through information available via Healthy Wave, books and the internet. I'm not only more impressed in the benefits, but more committed to the use of the mat and making healthy choices in my everyday life, such as drinking filtered PH balanced water (Cerra Water).
Love my Mat - Pro Mat
I love my bed mat. I have it set up in my computer room that has a twin bed in that room. I put a TV in that room and I can go in there and watch all my recorded shows while I lay on that mat. But in the evenings, I do a lot of crocheting baby hats, blankets and etc for the local hospitals, schools and homeless shelters. So I am looking at using the chair mat in my recliner.
I have a granddaughter that loves my bed mat. I think that is on her wish list for Christmas. But I might suggest the chair mat.
