Overall, I love the mat
Overall, I love the mat, but it would be nice to have the option of setting a timer for pemf beyond 20 minutes at a time. I meditate while on the mat and have to disrupt that to reset pemf.
Love my mats
I love my mats. I use my sauna at least once a week. I also do a PEMF session most days.
Better then HigherDose
I am very happy with this mat. I bought it several months ago and am on it most days, twice a day. I do yoga stretches on it and listen to audiobooks or just nap on it. I feel more energetic and relaxed. I really enjoy the carrying case cause it makes it easy to lend to a friend so they can try it. I also like that it is foldable and I can put it in the case and against the wall when cleaning or guests come over. I like that I can test it’s working. The most comparable Mat on market is higherdose but it has none of these additional advantages and it has essentially no warranty while this mat has an excellent warranty and you can see the quality and thought that went into it.
Use daily for overall health and healing.
I have worked with high end PEMF systems and infrared mats for years. Was excited to find this mat for home use. Spend 30 minutes to an hour every night. Love it. Would highly recommend it for overall health and healing.
Relieves Muscle Soreness
Great product! I’ve been using this mat pretty much every day. It helps to relieve a muscle soreness after long day at work or fitness activity. It also helpful during yoga stretches.
