Gut punch/wake-up call!

May 13, 2023 - I took a fall that fractured both of my humorous bones and fractured a bone in my big toe on my right foot.
First, I lost my "spirit"...through an integrative support system, and God; I have been able to feel my "spirit" re-emerge. One
