Very impressed at the pain relief I'm getting

Been using this regularly for a couple of weeks and so far I am very impressed at the kind of pain relief I'm getting. I especially love the infrared. But I do feel if I were to do this everyday I would probably have a better result. I just have not done that yet. I do feel it is helping me to get better even with only using it 3 to 4 times a week.
