I have been using the Multi-Wave 5 Therapy Far Infrared PEMF mat in my professional practice, and it enhances the serene, calm, and restorative environment I aim to create for my clients. I specifically appreciate having control over choosing specific frequencies and selecting between a square wave and sinusoidal wave depending on the my goals for each session. The only thing I would change about this wonderful product is covering the entire mat with red lights rather than only half the mat. Overall, I'm very happy with the durability, quality, and specifications of this mat.
