I absolutely love my mat and do not know how I went without it for so long. I love having the options of both sides in this particular mat. The amethyst is very comfy to sit on and lie on and the jade/tourmaline is nice to put on top of myself like a blanket or for a hot stone pressure point effect if you wanted to lay on it. I have very sore knotted muscles from connective tissue problems and this mat gives me relief while I’m on it. It has really helped my sleep too. I turn it down to body temp (37c) and I’m out like a light. I also live in New England and it helps keep me warm when my core temp has dropped. I get raynauds and all that so this mat just melts everything away. No regrets with my purchase. I just want to buy more. Everyone would love this mat.

The customer service is also great at least via email. I’ve had minor issues with the controllers and my mat stopped heating after basically all day and night use for a year. I’ve always had my emails responded to without delay(sometimes even on a weekend night) by the director of the company and he’s replaced controllers and a mat without any problems and with expediency. I love this mat and company so much that I just bought a mat for my dog. I think it’ll motivate him to stay off the couch and instead be cozy in his own bed.
