I praise God for this mat!
After having my 3rd, 4th and 5th baby, I suffered from severe postpartum insomnia, anxiety and extremely high stress levels. 6 months postpardum with our fifth I bought this amazing mat. I noticed a difference In my stress and anxiety after the first use of 2 hours. I kept using it and my body began to regulate, balance and restore. It is also so calming and relaxing. I now feel very well, and am sleeping again! I also believe that my body is detoxing, more resilient, and my overall health and wellness have improved. Such a blessing! I would reccomend it to anyone with health issues.
