Dexa scan shows bone mineral density increasing!
We decided to get this set because we were so pleased with how we felt after using Healthy Wave mats in smaller sizes. This one fills the top of our king sized mattress. We are very happy to use it to soothe aching muscles. We had a very pleasant surprise this year. After using this mat for a little over a year, my wife decided to have a followup DEXA scan. She had one about three years previously. At that time she was diagnosed with osteoporosis. She was not thinking about the mat before the decision to retest, but in general was wondering how she was doing with her bones. I read her report which was released on her health app quickly after the test. It showed the five readings from the hips and thigh bones that they measured. The numbers confused me. They were all between 11 and 25 percent, but not expressed with a negative number. The next day she received a call from the person who was assigned to call her with followup care. She was really curious about what my wife was doing. The numbers indicated that her bone mineral densities were increasing. She was getting better. The caller said that she rarely ever saw someone improve. She said she was required to give recommendations about taking calcium and vitamin D. But she had never heard of PEMF. As we spoke to her, I recognized that what we had changed was getting this PEMF mat and using it nightly. We have her side set on 8 cycles per minute. My wife had tried one dose of the IV drug after her diagnosis but it made her sick for weeks so she stopped it. We do not think that the drug gave her this improvement. The only cause that we could see was the mat. And using it nightly. I could not be happier.

This has been a life changer. I have a frozen diaphragm and all of the pain and spasm in the area of my diaphragm is gone. I primarily use the PEMF and sometimes the heated crystals. I also recommended this to a friend for her 90 year old father. He is so pleased. He can raise his arm to shoulder height for the first time in years. Highly recommend
Have noticed symptoms subsiding
It was about one month ago when I originated asking for some tips on the use of the Healthy Wave mat. I had a problem with some neuropathy with the constant situation of 'pins and needles' (and sometimes in pain) preventing me from sleep.
I followed your advice on the use of the PEMF and after a week I noticed some of the symptoms subsiding, I started sleeping better and the 'pins and needle' phenomena markedly reduced. And of course I will continue .... So, thank you very much.
Using Healthy Wave Mat 3 times a day!
Just wish to feedback this very helpful. I used it 3 times a day. We have all recovered now but long drawn mild symptoms lingering for some of us. I am so glad I bought this mat. Originally intended to be for my office chair, but no chair in my house fits the mat structure. However it turns out to be a bed lifesaver during Covvid. It helps the body emotionally and I could feel the immediate difference the heat made instantly. I just hope to learn how to use it even better henceforth. Right settings seems tricky.
