Two days only I used the mat and my back feels so good. I have suffered with back pain all of my life and I really did not think it will ever go away. Have not even used the pemf and photon lights just the crystals and I slept so so good. I feel like a new person. I told my sister about it from Trinidad and my auntie in England hopefully they get it because I have never ever been painless until today. Everyday I get up at 3am and cannot go back to sleep this morning I got up at 5am and I was able to walk to the bathroom instead of crawling. I really hope it gets better and better I could almost cry right now.
