Had this mat for up until just after the warranty expired (15 month) and it stopped heating. I was under the impression the warranty was 5 years but that’s just for the controller not the actual mat. I messaged their customer service and they were very helpful, but would not cover the faulty mat and said it was the mat not the controller (idk how they can tell which is not working) loved this mat while it was working but I feel like it should have lasted longer. It is way better than a regular heating pad, rlly gets deeper with the heat into ur muscles. It’s nice to sleep with cause it’s fairly flexible. The mat got used everyday and it still looks in rlly good shape just something internal stopped working. I was gonna buy a larger mat with pemf but I’m glad I didn’t that’s a lot of money to be out of if it stops working after the short warranty period. I’d like to get a replacement mat of the same model, I at least like that they offer some money off another one if u return the non working one. Hope the next lasts longer.
