I am very happy with this mat. I bought it several months ago and am on it most days, twice a day. I do yoga stretches on it and listen to audiobooks or just nap on it. I feel more energetic and relaxed. I really enjoy the carrying case cause it makes it easy to lend to a friend so they can try it. I also like that it is foldable and I can put it in the case and against the wall when cleaning or guests come over. I like that I can test it’s working. The most comparable Mat on market is higherdose but it has none of these additional advantages and it has essentially no warranty while this mat has an excellent warranty and you can see the quality and thought that went into it.
