Honestly, I was skeptical. So was my partner - but after we’ve been using this mat daily for over half a year, we are both 100% on board. Both of us have watched our pain levels fall, not go away, but they’ve gotten so much more manageable. The heat feels *so good* and we got a 2nd one so we could both sleep on it. It really is a different kind of heat than regular heating blankets&pads. We’re both still surprised at how effective is. I’ve got fibro and arthritis, she’s got ehlers danlos. It’s worth the price.
