Amazing! I had been going to an infrared sauna with the purpose of sweating for 30 minutes. (I’m trying to lose weight) While I loved it, I had to drive there, shower there, etc. so I decided to give this mat a try and I loved it from the first use! I lay on it and watch tv. I feel the same benefits; I can work up a sweat, or keep it on low and just enjoy the warmth, I get the same happy, mood elevating effects, sooo relaxing, no stress the rest of the day or evening….simply amazing. Best purchase I’ve made of anything in a long time. I’m hooked.
