I use it to sleep, my bedroom is really cold so I put the InfraMat on top of my mattress, and lay a blanket and a sheet on top of it. I don’t leave it on all night just use a timer to switch off automatically. I leave it at 60 degrees max and it’s a comfortable temperature otherwise it gets too hot. Very relaxing.
