The mats are awesome... I love the mat personally ---it has changed my personal sleep patterns immensely! I almost get anxious if I know I won't be able to sleep on my mat... because I'm worried I won't sleep good! Funny! I have loaned out one of my mats to help a friend who struggles with sleep... hopefully he'll buy his own mat soon!
