This mat I bought on the advice of my massage master to help me recover after severe workouts. I’m totally pleased with my purchase, I found the other amazing benefits of this device besides the ability to relax sore muscles.
The only minus I found is its weight, it’s not very comfortable to take it on trips. But only for home use, it’s just perfect!
